Longtime leader brings nearly two decades of experience and organizational leadership to expanded role
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — ARCHSOL, LLC, an Arizona-based architecture firm specializing in healthcare design, is proud to announce the promotion of Tara Mitchell to President.
The appointment recognizes Tara’s nearly two decades of service to ARCHSOL and her significant role in strengthening the firm’s operations, culture, and continued growth.
Most recently serving as Vice President of Business Administration and Operations, Tara has provided leadership across the business and operational functions that support ARCHSOL’s healthcare design practice. Her promotion to President represents the latest chapter in a career that has grown alongside the firm itself.
Tara joined ARCHSOL in 2008 in an administrative support role and steadily assumed increasing responsibility as the organization expanded. Over the years, her experience has included business administration, operations, finance, human resources, business systems, organizational development, marketing support, project coordination, and other key functions that contribute to the firm’s success. Known for her willingness to step in wherever needed, she has supported many aspects of the organization throughout her career, developing a unique perspective on both the business and project sides of the firm.
She was promoted to Vice President of Business Administration and Operations in October 2022, helping guide the firm through a period of continued growth and evolution.
Now, as President, Tara will build on that experience to help guide ARCHSOL’s business operations, organizational strategy, culture, and long-term development while supporting the firm’s leadership and healthcare design teams.

Throughout her tenure, Tara has helped establish the operational foundation that enables ARCHSOL’s architects, designers, project managers, and technical professionals to remain focused on delivering exceptional healthcare environments. Her leadership has supported the firm’s continued investment in its people, business systems, organizational development, and client-centered approach.

Tara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. Her educational background, combined with nearly two decades of experience at ARCHSOL, provides a strong foundation for helping guide the firm’s continued growth and long-term success.
The leadership transition comes as ARCHSOL continues its work with healthcare organizations on projects ranging from complex hospital renovations and expansions to outpatient clinics, medical office buildings, imaging environments, surgical facilities, emergency departments, and specialty care centers.
With Tara serving as President and Laky continuing his leadership as Principal, ARCHSOL will maintain its focus on healthcare architecture while strengthening the organizational infrastructure needed to support the firm’s next stage of growth.
