Project Architect
Job Description:
Leading Healthcare Architectural firm is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Architect to fill a position in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Project Architect will provide full support to the project team from preliminary design through construction and occupancy of the project.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinate all project team efforts for effective execution of project design and the delivery of construction documents
  • Prepare and produce a complete set of construction documents
  • Work closely with project team in each phase of the project delivery process to determine project approaches and priorities
  • Communicate with Project Manager on progress of project documents
  • Communicate and coordinate with project consultants
  • Work closely with Project Manager on budgeting, contract agreements, staffing, project hours, and project milestones
  • Architectural design and technical detailing
  • Research and specify products and materials relating to the project
  • QA/QC and Construction Administration
  • Assist in development of production schedule, project budget, and resource needs

Desired Skills and Experience:

Healthcare Designer
Job Description:
Leading Healthcare Architectural firm is seeking a talented individual with a combination of strong Revit experience, technical architectural and design competence, and the desire to contribute significantly to a team based organization with unwavering commitment to our clients to fill a position in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Healthcare Designer will provide full document support to the project team from schematic design through construction and occupancy of the project.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Revit modeling and detailing
  • Architectural design and technical detailing
  • Prepare, coordinate, and produce construction documents
  • Attend user meetings with project team
  • Prepare and develop design options and solutions
  • Communicate and coordinate with project consultants

Architectural Intern
Job Description:
Leading Healthcare Architectural firm is seeking an experienced Architectural Intern to fill a position in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Architectural Intern will provide full support to the Project Team from preliminary design through construction and occupancy of the project.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Be part of a close team of individuals dedicated to a variety of projects and building types
  • Communicate, coordinate, and work well within a team environment and with team members, consultants, and others as required
  • Work daily with team members to determine project needs and priorities
  • Assist in project development throughout the building design process, including programming, schematic design, design development and contract documents
  • Create 3D and 2D construction documents using Revit
  • Provide presentation graphics and design support for presentations, which may include computer modeling, model building, and renderings
  • Perform redline changes and revisions
  • Research products and materials
  • Compile data and perform elementary design computations
  • Prepare finish binder, boards, and finish materials
  • Assist with field dimensions, site observations, and construction administration
  • Deliver packages to authorities having jurisdiction, clients, and others as required
  • Responsibilities will include other tasks as required

Project Coordinator
Job Description:
ARCHSOL is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. We are looking for a talented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment to provide full support to the project team delivering successful new construction and renovation projects.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist project managers and project teams with work on a variety of projects from design through construction administration to ensure project expectations are met
  • Communicate and coordinate professionally with team members, clients, consultants, contractors, agency officials and other disciplines
  • Keep track of multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on team needs, deadlines, and resources. Track budgets, prepare and update project schedules, coordinate staff resources, organize workflow, prepare project directories, and other items as required
  • Work daily with project managers and team members to determine project approaches and priorities
  • Set goals, prioritize and plan work activities for self-management and time efficiency
  • Develop, organize and maintain all project files
  • Prepare project documentation including meeting materials, meeting minutes, agendas, action item lists
  • Work with the project team to produce presentation materials for client and agency presentations
  • Support the construction administration phase of a project by assisting in review of submittals, shop drawings, response to RFI’s, instruction bulletins for changes, ASI’s, contractor pay applications, punch-lists, project close-out process, etc.
  • Support administration with overall project updates, contractual and invoice obligations, project database, and other related items on an ongoing basis
  • Research products, materials and systems
  • Schedule and participate in meetings in the office and job-site as required
  • Work with various project management and software systems to support project and client needs with the ability to adapt to advancing technology
  • Participate in, or lead, process initiatives and special projects as required

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination. A/E/C healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management or related field
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, ShareFile, AIA Contract Documents, Kahua. Autodesk Revit and graphics experience a plus
  • High level of collaboration and ability to prioritize and be flexible in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Strong understanding of design, construction documents, construction codes and compliances
  • Ability to read technical drawings including but not limited to architectural, structural, MEP, and equipment drawings
